The Active Enterprise Network Extends Offerings to Members Through 3rd Party Vendors

There has been a lot of discussion lately on our extended partnership with Onboard Informatics to include the necessary data needed for lifestyle search. While this was a major breakthrough for The Active Enterprise Network, we wanted to bring awareness to several other companies we’ve partnered with this year as well.  By partnering with a variety of third party vendors, we’re providing additional value to our members by giving them access to products and services at rates exclusive to The Enterprise Network.

In addition to the extension of our pre-existing partnership with Onboard, The Active Enterprise Network has integrated with the following third party vendors so far this year:

CirclePix
The Active Enterprise Network has just announced their partnership with CirclePix, a nationwide leader in real estate virtual tour technology. Through this partnership, members are able to incorporate virtual tours of their properties with ease.

Using photographs of the property uploaded to MLS databases, CirclePix automatically organizes the images into a 360 degree tour for all listings that can be placed on Individual Property Websites and shared on YouTube, Facebook and member blogs. Members are also able to override and replace photos through their admin panel if desired.

In addition, all call to action items available through the videos will be seamlessly integrated with LifeCycle, allowing members to track inquiries through established business channels.

Doc Central
Through our partnership with LPS Real Estate Group, The Active Enterprise Network is now offering an online document management system to members. DocCentral, one of the latest LPS products, will allow members to share and manage real estate transaction documents from a secure online filing cabinet.

As a cost effective electronic database, members are able to view, share, track and manage files from one centralized location – helping eliminate paperwork and creating a more environmentally friendly process. DocCentral integrates directly with MLS boards to populate information automatically without having to re-enter important information into the system. However, members still have the option to enter information into the database directly if they choose.

VHT, Inc.
The Active Enterprise Network has also partnered with VHT, Inc. this year to offer members another option for visual marketing technology. Through this partnership, members have access to the latest version of the VHT ImageWorks platform in addition to a variety of other visual marketing tools.

Focusing on improving search engine optimization, VHT ImageWorks provides members the tools and professional services needed to give every property listing its own video with links directed back to each member’s website. In addition, this platform gives members the ability to create an individual webpage for every property listing on their site that VHT ImageWorks publishes to major search engines, dramatically increasing search engine relevance.
